After many conversations with friends who owned their own business, it became apparent a common challenge was not getting the service they expected or deserved from their accountant. Often the case was the accounting firm had grown or been bought over and as a smaller client, they weren’t as much of a priority.

Being a Chartered Accountant who enjoys adding value to a business, the idea of Assured Accounting Scotland was born. Having worked in a growing international business for 20 years, starting as Company Accountant and reaching position of Group Finance Director, I am well positioned to understand the needs of a variety of businesses and work hand in hand with business owners as their trusted advisor.
